I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and luxurious with a full living space, a huge bathroom with a full-size tub and a separate shower with dual vanity, and a master bedroom. Although the room was a bit small, it offered a lovely view of the canal. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, just around the corner from St Mark's Square, making it easy to access all the festivities. The dining experience was superb, with a wide variety of hot and cold options available. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor downsides.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a minute away from San Marco, and the room was possibly the nicest and quietest I've ever experienced. I couldn't ask for a better location at this hotel. The rooms were of excellent size with delightful fixtures and fittings, including a King-Sized bed and air conditioning, making them truly breathtaking. The service here was amongst the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered, a real credit to the company. The dining experience was compared to many hotels of this standard, in an amazing hall, offering a wide choice of fresh and cooked vegetables, high-quality salmon, delicatessen, and a good selection of cheeses. The facilities were top-notch!

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from St Marks Square and all the wonders of Venice. The rooms were cozy but a bit warm under the doonas which made sleeping a tad uncomfortable. The dining options were good, but the choices got a bit repetitive after a few days. Despite these minor issues, the service was exceptional, reflecting the hotel's Italian roots, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.
