Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers luxurious and spacious rooms with spectacular views of the lagoon and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. The service is exceptional, making our stay unforgettable. The location is incredibly central yet peaceful. The dining experience is superb, and the hotel's facilities are top-notch.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel right in the heart of Venice. The stained glass windows in the room may not offer much of a view, but the unique experience and exceptional service made up for it. The location is unbeatable for exploring the city, although the room size was a bit smaller than expected.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and luxurious with a full living space, a huge bathroom with a full-size tub and a separate shower with dual vanity, and a master bedroom. Although the room was a bit small, it offered a lovely view of the canal. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, just around the corner from St Mark's Square, making it easy to access all the festivities. The dining experience was superb, with a wide variety of hot and cold options available. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large with plenty of closet space, but the lack of individual room temperature control due to central heating was inconvenient considering the price paid. On the bright side, the rooms were delightful and beautifully decorated, exceeding our expectations in size.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a minute away from San Marco, and the room was possibly the nicest and quietest I've ever experienced. The service was top-notch, from the moment I arrived until I left, they were attentive and helpful. The dining experience was delightful, even though it didn't fully compare to other 5-star hotels. The hotel offers wonderful views of the city and the lagoon, making it a picturesque and idyllic location.
I couldn't ask for a better location at this hotel. The rooms were of excellent size with delightful fixtures and fittings, including a King-Sized bed and air conditioning, making them truly breathtaking. The service here was amongst the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered, a real credit to the company. The dining experience was compared to many hotels of this standard, in an amazing hall, offering a wide choice of fresh and cooked vegetables, high-quality salmon, delicatessen, and a good selection of cheeses. The facilities were top-notch!
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from St Marks Square and all the wonders of Venice. The rooms were cozy but a bit warm under the doonas which made sleeping a tad uncomfortable. The dining options were good, but the choices got a bit repetitive after a few days. Despite these minor issues, the service was exceptional, reflecting the hotel's Italian roots, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were expensive but worth it, of a good standard, and very hot due to central heating control. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, with attentive and amazing service on one hand, and arrogance and rudeness on the other. The location couldn't be better, right next to Saint Marco's square, but the absence of a terrace was a drawback. The dining experience was simply brilliant, with delicious food in a magnificent setting.
